I'm 45 and I've been in the mental health field for 20-some years. I've always been intuitive. When I was just 8 years old, I'd pray to "God" and hear back. I was born a witch. I even died in the crib and came back! The thing is that witches have a bad reputation so I knew if I didn't want to be known as a whack-job, I'd need to get a significant education. I did just that at Naropa University where I graduated with my Masters in Counseling in 2011. Since then, some sh*t has gone down like becoming a published author, living in 3 different States, and now landing back in Denver, which, TBH is home. All that said, to be who I am in the world--Rebekah Freedom--I've not only guided thousands of people through their transformational journey, I've been through my own. Here is some of my story:
Born to parents who worked tirelessly to provide their children with a private faith based education, Rebekah’s early life was steeped in the values of hard work, resilience, and self-sufficiency. But when she lost both parents--her mother to cancer and father to a heart attack--in her 20s, she was left without guidance during a pivotal time. Determined not to let this define her, Rebekah forged ahead, choosing a career in Counseling with a vision to become a leader in her field. Her journey was anything but easy, marked by personal trials and the challenge of rebuilding after numerous failed relationships.
But these experiences only sharpened her insights into what it takes to lead—not just in business, but within the family unit. Rebekah’s path led her coast to coast, at one point bringing her to reside in Rancho Santa Fe, North County San Diego, one of the most affluent communities in America. Living among the top 1% gave her unique insights into the pressures and opportunities that come with significant wealth.
