​The one relationship we will have the rest of our lives is with our body, which I refer to as "our animal." It's a faithful companion if we provide it with the care it requires. But many of us put our bodies last and in doing so our mental space becomes clouded. We hurt mentally and physically. 

I help individuals, couples, and families prioritize their health and well-being. I take our bodies into account, our nutrition, and our soul-imprints when providing solutions that address disorders such as anxiety, depression, and physical ailments. We address health problems holistically.

With 3 years as a personal trainer, two years as a yoga instructor, and 10 years studying various aspects of integrative medicine, I will bring a wealth of knowledge to our sessions.
