WHAT IS THE BODY?
Our bodies are where we feel our emotions. The one relationship we will have the rest of our lives is with our body, which I refer to as "our animal." It's a faithful companion if we provide it with the care it requires. But many of us put our bodies last and in doing so our mental space becomes clouded. We hurt mentally and physically.
I help leaders prioritize their health and well-being. I take our bodies into account, our nutrition, and our soul-imprints when providing solutions that address disorders such as anxiety, depression, and physical ailments. We address health problems holistically.

Health requires covering all the bases. Our mental health exists in concert with our body, mind, and spirit . If you are seeking to love the body you are in and have peace of mind then I can teach you the habits that will support your well-being. With 3 years as a personal trainer, two years as a yoga instructor, and 23 years studying various healing modalities, I will bring a wealth of knowledge to our sessions.
We will work together in phases beginning with the mind-body connection and the impact emotions have on both systems.
Your level of investment is up to you and I invite you to go beyond your comfort zone.
I am going to learn as much from you as you do from me because I am here to listen as well as guide.
Over our time together we will be developing a healing relationship that invites clarity into your all areas of your life. Therefore, I offer two paths to work together: Efficiency & Endurance. Both are designed for individuals ready to reclaim balance and purpose in their lives.
